My exhibition in Italy at the Hanbury Botanic Gardens finished well, I will miss my new friends there and that splendid garden, certainly one of the most beautiful gardens I’ve ever seen. I have been invited back to paint another season, maybe in winter 2016?
I’ve just finished a commissioned piece of four panels in a castle in the south west of France. My temporary studio was in their 12th century “salle de garde”. The photos were taken there.
